Ha ha. Just looking for some actual experience as the interweb is full of "experts" that have never even shot one, let alone owned one!
I’m sure Hans will chime in when he sees it. From what I gather these are all clones. Meaning parts from an actual M4 will fit in them. Logically speaking there’s no reason why they wouldn’t function reliably. If memory serves me, Hans has said after a short break in period his has been reliable.

So if you’re the kinda guy that could be happy with a Turkish knock off this is probably a good way to get an M4 without spending $2500. I’m not one of those guys but everything ain’t for everybody.

"Turknelli" is a term (they're not all clones) that applies to the grab bag of M4 near-clones, knock-offs, look-a-likes that have come out the last few years. (Patents expired on the original Benelli M4). The SDS version seems to be the closest to a real clone than previous versions imported by others.

Compared to the lesser Turknelli's that have questionable quality, this iteration by SDS (an American company) appears to be put together to a higher standard.

The links above to the articles indicate the Ergo system was copied.

I’ve got an AKSA copy.

I’ve got no complaints; it’s run perfectly reliably for me with everything from light trap loads to magnum slugs & buck.

Write up here:

It may be an American company but this shotgun is made in Turkey.
