is that type of wood good for BBQ'ing..??Before the Phoenix area was built out like today, the wife and I would ride dirt bikes in the desert and would find mesquite to cut and take home. Developers would conveniently pile it for us with their bulldozers and we would cut up a truck load in short order. They did this in order to build huge subdivisions. Great riding (and shooting) areas are now covered by a sea of tiled roofs. No longer ride or have a fireplace, but I can almost smell the aroma thinking about it.
Yepis that type of wood good for BBQ'ing..??
ok, thanks...
Yep. Part of the fun was getting it for the cost of running a chainsaw. Mesquite is a usually a premium wood. I like cedar, too.is that type of wood good for BBQ'ing..??
