U.S. Rep. Lucy McBath (D-Ga.) on Monday announced the House version, introduced as H.R.8600, of the controversial new Gas-Operated Semi-Automatic Firearms Exclusion, or GOSAFE, Act. While past "assault weapon bans" use a combination of naming specific models – such as AR-15s – and their cosmetic features to target semi-automatic firearms, the GOSAFE Act targets pistols, rifles, and shotguns that use any sort of spent propellant gases to cycle the action during the reload process.

I don’t think this will go anywhere, but it just shows how much the left wants to disarm us…..pathetic
 
Even at the state levels the anti-2A crowd will never end hammering away at this cr*p, and the lower courts that they've populated with activist judges will get remanded to SCOUS, while the ant-2A crowd continues to hammer away at certain members of SCOTUS.

I've said this before and I absolutely believe it.

The Left has already won the Culture War.

They run the public education system. I would say that over 90% of the teachers in our K through 12 schools vote Democrat Hard, BLUE, Democrat.

They're passing that ideology onto the majority of our kids.

In a generation or two when we're old and dead, the government will ask our grand children to turn in the firearms that they've been taught since kindergarten were bad anyway and our grandchildren will do it.

And then the next step will be akin to 1930s Germany…so which party is a threat to democracy? Hint - their leader is AKA Brandon…
