He can E.O. to his senile heart's content, but until any of them go to - and through - SCOTUS? None of them will hold water.

Kinda of a funny thing about that pesky 2ND Amendment is that we have one-and also have a pretty good chunk of American's that want no more gun regulation's.

At the very least, though, it will create a huge amount of hassle for gun owners. It takes a good while to get something to the Supreme Court if they will even agree to hear it. A lot of damage could occur in the next six months or so.

I honestly believe the current SCOTUS will start hearing 2nd Amendment cases, and will rule according to the Constitution. Lawmakers are most likely well aware of this, and I will be surprised if significant new gun restrictions are passed. Politicians know that once SCOTUS rules, they have given the final answer. Passing anything dramatic at this point in time could very well lead to the type of ruling that ends many of the left's favorite pastimes (ex. purchase limits, magazine capacity limits, Assault Weapon bans, etc.). I'm not saying there are not people in Congress who are dumb or delusional enough to try, but I think they will meet serious resistance from senior lawmakers who paid attention in Civics Class.

Also hoping you're right, but if "they" get control of the WH, Senate, and the House, their power-hungry little selves will not give two hoots about SCOTUS. They'll bypass anything and everything to get what they want. Shumer's recent little maniacal outburst, "First, we change Georgia, and then, we change America!", is not some off the cuff statement. "They" are seriously off-the-hook, and giddy with the need for complete control....of everything.
