I don't think the protesters are necessarily stupid, just ignorant of the real facts of life and eager to follow along with folks who have ulterior motives but use "gun violence and gun control" to achieve those motives.

I'll wager 40%+ of the heads present are being paid directly or indirectly by the DNC just to be there. We certainly learned a few things during the last administration about protesters.
Now that I remember correctly, it was Scott Walker's governor term(s) when we learned about professional protesters in WI...a few years before the Don.

Well, we all pick our own priorities and we all have to live with the choices we make. I’m lucky that I grew up here ( mostly) and am well established here and my state went from lousy on guns in 2000 ( no CCW at all) to the most gun friendly state in the union by 2017.
