Anyone ever had the buffer bumper come off in the tube?

I heard something rattling around in the tube. Took it apart and the rubber bumper on the buffer had torn off and was sliding up and down the tube. I considered buying a different buffer, maybe an H2, but instead I went to KAK and bought 3 rubber bumpers for a buck a piece and 3 roll pins for a buck a piece. Spares.

I would imagine. It's 1/8" X 3/4".
The pin wasn't the problem in mine. The bumper tore off the buffer. The bottom of the bumper and the roll pin are still in place, weights are still contained inside the buffer.

I could probably dig through thousands of emails and figure it out. Most likely I bought it from PA or PSA. God only knows who made it.

No. Regular M193 mostly. Maybe a mag or two of green tips.

The only thing that recently changed is I put a Sylvan Arms folder on it.

By the way, it's a 10.5" BCA 5.56 upper with an Aero BCG on an Anderson Lower with a KAK LPK and a PSA EPT trigger.
