testtest

Anyone here used this company?

I’ve been hearing a lot about escrow companies lately. The only hitch is if the broker is scamming you. If you read the gun tab site is is very slick and reassuring. They tell you how safe you are, how other scams work and the say you can send by bank account, wire transfer or credit card, which must be safe. Right? And of course they have a hundred testimonials, but the one the promote is only two weeks old. I’m not saying GunTag is a GunScam, in fact, I like the idea, but people get taken in all the time by deals that are super sketchy, I would certainly scrutinize a sight like this that is so slick but actually seems to say very little.
Just my two cents.

Just like something new.......I wait at least 12 - 18 months before I buy/use/take!

Old school here, I go to my shops to buy my firearms, I want to actually see and handle the one I’m getting, not into getting one from online, then when it comes in, there is either something wrong with it or I don’t like the way it feels or handles. I rather pay more locally and support my gun shops, but this is just me.

I totally agree with you, but that being said I’ve bought a half dozens guns online from the likes of Buds, KyGunCo, and GB (brick and mortar stores only) and have not had a single problem. You just have to be sensible. The motto I live by: If there is any doubt, there is no doubt.”

Annihilator I totally agree I would rather give the local shops the business but when all the stuff hit the fan I had no choice no local shops had what I wanted most of my guns were purchased at a local gun shop

I would pay slightly more at a LGS compared to on-line. The problem is getting what I want when I want it. My favorite LGS is getting better at gauging what people are buying on-line and trying to have it in stock. The last time I was in there they had just started carrying AR parts. And I bought a VP9 there. Most of the other stuff I have bought over the last couple of years was not in stock at any LGS.
