I suppose this is good news for Maryland residents. It will take time to wind itself through the court system, but it's nice the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals has cited SCOTUS precedent to overrule the earlier courts decision. A precedent the previous ruling District court chose to ignore, like other courts across the country that seem to ignore SCOTUS 2A rulings.
