I know a lot of you want the latest in tactical gear so I saw this in an ad this morning.

But more of a practical guy.

They are actually very comfy. They started as an April 1st joke but due to demand the make them once a year. A friend and I got them to poke at our martial arts instructor that is of Irish ancestry. I suppose the joke was on us, they are great for sparing. I highly recomend them for summer.
 
My old department was Alma Police Department and our city was Scotland USA. They have the Highland Games every Memorial Day which includes the USA Highland drum and pipe band championship. Someone suggested officers be outfitted in kilts. I told them only if they could find a kilt big enough in my grandfather's McClain tartan would I wear one. Would have cost them a fortune as I was 6'4" and 3 00 plus pounds at that time. Needless to say it never happened. 😁 Remember you never want to make fun of a guy in a kilt as he usually has a dagger in his sock.😉

Kind of easy for skeeters and ticks to munch on the tender parts.
