XDMAN here, you can not believe the amount of wrong information and speculation out there about the Springfield Prodigy pistol. So since I have lived with one and have been testing it, here is an opportunity to ask a question about the pistol and I will answer it. Ask away!
Here is a cool explosion pic of the prodigy after I dropped it in dirty dusty gravel multiple times. It was so dirty I had to detail disassemble it to deep clean before running another thousand rounds through it.

No, SA has said that it is not Springfields choice. California has basically made it impossible to add new guns to the roster

I did not loose any, she was put back together for the next test. 1k rounds in less than an hr .
