Since ATF likely monitors this site, your moniker/user name might be a factor.think they do. all i hear is how everyone is getting approval on silencers in 3 and 4 and some 5 days and here i am on my 9th working day and no approval. i'm not counting weekends. i got the submitted form 9 work days ago. i was really hoping it would happen today but NOPE.

Sorry, not my fault. Other than my first 2 firearms I bought (S&W M&P 9, and Bushmaster XM15 ORC AR) in 2012 at Cabela’s (when Obama wanted to ban ar15s) and waited for approval for 30 minutes, I haven’t had to wait more than 5 minutes on any of my other purchases at any gun store or gun show.It's also likely that you can blame @BET7 since the ATF is spending so much staff time processing his 4473s that its' slowed things down across the country.
