Going to skin doctor tomorrow to have another chunk of skin removed. The biopsy did come back positive so more of me has to be cut out. Not a big deal but really tired of getting cut all the time. I guess the sun was NOT my friend. I try to wear long sleeves but when it gets over 100 it's just too darn hot! This one is a couple of inches above my left wrist.. Sometimes getting old is not fun.

I’m there with ya on the skin.
Been under the knife 4 times now from the skin doctors.

I like going to see her--very easy on the eyes but every time I go either i'm cut or something gets frozen off!

I avoid Dermatologists, Colon-ostomy, and pacemaker checks like the plague.

Good luck! I had a 2.5” skin flap removed 2 weeks ago. Stitches come out tuesday.

Sometimes? Jokes far aside, I am an extremely fortunate fellow, all told. Honestly, though, as we progress in age, it seems "fun" is oftentimes fleeting, with health becoming a much more important element.

There's no way I could survive 80*+ heat with long sleeves! I melt wearing shorts and a tank top when it's 50*. That's 1 thing I got from my dad was being hot-natured. Sucks in the summer, but good to have in the winter. Now if the long sleeve was in the form of fishnet..............I might, that's a big might be able to wear 1?

Mexican roofers in the heat of the summer are almost all wearing long sleeves. I wonder how many of them end up with skin cancer.

Sorry to hear this, my dad had a lot of trips there too. Hope this is it and no more such trios for you. Thus far, knocking on wood until my knuckles bleed, I have been fortunate.

The deed is done! Got a 4 inch long incision on the top of my wrist. All stitched up and go back 7 December to get them removed. At least I will be done for this year!
