Well, I suppose President Trump could still fire the lot (or perhaps an Executive Order from him abolishing the NFA :unsure:). However, if Biden is declared the winner, I suppose he'd just rehire the lot and rescind any EO's
 
Pistol braces & 80% receivers are the most vulnerable and easiest to restrict since it would just be a new ATF ruling vs. a law that has to be pushed thru a hopefully divided Congress.

Saw this coming so I got out of the AR pistol/brace world already.
 
If I was a AR pistol owner, the minute Biden if/gets certified as POTUS-elect I'd buy a pinned 14.5/14.7 or reg 16" barrel.
Or squirrel away $200 for a SBR stamp & find the nearest engraver.
