I wear rainbow sandals most of the year. Including the winter. In the winter just around the home and yes over the calf compression socks. No i have not given up.

When I have to wear close toe it is usually high top Merrill’s.

Lol. I hear ya. Well growing up on a tobacco farm within a stones throw of the beach, the sandals sort of just happened. The sand and asphalt were to hot.
Many a day at beach or around house on the farm we ran around barefooted.
Close to shoes were always for going to school , church, or our into town. Lol

Sorry… we’re having unseasonably warm temperatures and no snow yet. We’re supposed to get a “wintry mix” on Christmas Eve, but that just means ice and snirt. I am beginning to think we will be lambasted in January.

Last night our low temp was 65 Degrees, night before low was 37 degrees. I've heard it said over the years if you don't like Texas weather, don't worry it will change in a few minutes.
