I actually don’t believe this current administration has all its marbles, this article explains how the AG wants the Supreme Court to remove “right to bear arms” from the constitution…..this administration is insane, what other wording is next they want to remove, nobody in there right mind can defend this action, be it a gun owner or not, no excuse anywhere.

Hey heres a thought. Why dont we all chip in to buy everyone in the current administration a ticket to go see The Wizard of Oz so they can get a brain. This is even dumber than the democrats in congress yelling its racists to keep DC from being a state. Im curious if these people have ever read The Constitution .

Some read it, that’s why it now has a warning label for racist wording on its coverpage for the Govt archives 🙄🙄
 
Leftists on other forums, when confronted by the argument, "they can't do that here since we have the 2nd Amendment and firearms everywhere" will tell you how the gov can overwhelm the little guys with their tanks and storm troopers, F-18s and atom bombs.. ;)
Yet here is old Sock Puppet in Thief trying to get the Supreme Court to toss out the BoR.
Apparently 300 million guns floating around ARE a detriment to tyranny.
The SC can't alter the Constitution.. They only settle disputes on constitutional matters by interpreting the document.
(Even though a school kid can perfectly understand it without their imagined eminences or penumbras)

A Constitutional Convention would have to be convened to radically change that document, and any change will require 2/3rds of states to ratify it.
They act like stupidity is a virtue.

Yeah, the argument that the Government has the will and firepower to crush you is not the compelling argument to give up the right to bear arms that the Left thinks it is.

The stupidity (actually ignorance) is believing that there is an actual, serious threat, making such a story nothing more than fear-mongering speculation.
