Black Friday Saw Only an 8% Decline From 2019

Sales may have been 8% down, but I attribute that more to limited inventory than limited demand. The only handgun that Academy had on a Black Friday sale was a Heritage Rough Rider, and there were no sales on pump shotguns or semi-auto rifles. The manager at my store told me that Academy could only run sales on bolt-action rifles and the Rough Riders because those were the only guns they had sufficient stock to advertise.
 
Got to agree it was more likely due to limited inventory than to a limited demand. I don't foresee the demand dropping anytime soon either now, considering the results of the election. I expect pretty much the same regarding ammo, at least for the foreseeable future.
