Not after the initial throwing it in the dirt and rocks. Then the 1k rounds in less than an hr. But out of the 4 malfunctions, one was dirt in a Stacatto mag, then two were the gun was so hot the shooter let his grip loose and disengaged the grip safety. The 4th he cleared it before we could see what happened. Original 9# spring by the way. She is slick as snot.Yep, my OCD is triggered alright.
That aside... have you had any issues running it so dirty?
same reactionOh my GOD. XD Man wow ? I should have stopped scrolling my OCD just hit just looking at that. Wow and it's not even my weapon.....
i don't even know you anymore.Nah, she is a dirty one, but I like her anyway. I bet I have the most used Prodigy outside Springfield.
Trigger warning for those OCD users, some nasty filth follows.
Cool pattern from the bullet leaving the barrel.

I'm not sure if its carbon buildup or powder residue. What ever it is there's a lot of it, but probably average for shooting a thousand rounds without periodic cleaning. But, but, but I was told that all that carbon buildup was bad for the gun and would affect accuracy and would cause parts to be ruined and would cause the barrel to be fouled. I don’t know what to believe any more.
I take care of my guns like I do my bar tab: When I’m good and ready.Ahhh, cleaning your firearms is like paying your bar tab. You know you really should, but youll just do it next time.
i don't drink, can i have a candy bar tab instead..???I take care of my guns like I do my bar tab: When I’m good and ready.
She is in total right around 5k total with a couple local matches, fun shooting my testing and about a dozen others going at it 250 rounds at a time. Shes been around the block testing with some local officers. But Probably around every 800 rounds then she get a simple clean meaning a wipedown And some fresh oil. Just finished she’s “clean” now, but it will almost be time for another detail strip and a trip in the ultrasonic cleaner.I'm not sure if its carbon buildup or powder residue. What ever it is there's a lot of it, but probably average for shooting a thousand rounds without periodic cleaning.
Sponsors, and local city budgets for “testing and evaluations”. The first few thousand were thanks to twobirdsoutdoors that sponsored.I don't have to worry about any of my firearms looking like that because I couldn't affort to shoot a thousand rounds of even .22 cal much less that much 9mm. Must be nice. Glad you got to!
