They work well. holds 30 rounds and bottom comes off without taking the one off the rifle. i have a clear one too.

I like the simple snap on that they've designed compared to the pic rail kind I have. If you have rail space, then it isn't an issue. If you have the 1 that attaches to the pic rail on the handguard, then it isn't an issue. Don't believe there's 1 out the for pistols?

i have seen brass catchers for pistols, but to me, kinda out of place especially if they attach to the gun, and look flimsy.

then there are catch screens that you set up at the range, and for me, that's not possible where i go, the shooting ports don't allow the space needed for the set up.
