Affordable—yes.
Reliable…not so much.
If I was really dollar short and needed a pistol now, and wanted a warranty I would spend a few bucks more, staying below 3 bills, and go with a Bersa TPR. Have shot them and known a number of people who them and all give great reviews.
You can get surplus Glock .40s for barely over $300I’d be getting a surplus Glock 22. Saw them for $289 not that long ago.
Yep; that’s what the Glock 22 (model 22, not a Glock 44 in .22) was…although I think the really cheap ones were Gen 2; AIM has Gen 3 for $319, and Gen 4 for $349 right now, iirc…You can get surplus Glock .40s for barely over $300
I would too but I added if they desire a full warranty this is how I would go. I am not sure but I doubt surplus Glocks come with warranty, but, I know little about Glick warranties could be wrong there.I’d be getting a surplus Glock 22. Saw them for $289 not that long ago.
You can get a surplus M&P for less than a SDVE right now…For me, I rather get a S&W SDVE either in 9mm or .40, just a tad higher in price, but very reliable firearm, I had one in 9mm, great gun for the price, if your in the market for a reasonably priced gun.
Glick?I would too but I added if they desire a full warranty this is how I would go. I am not sure but I doubt surplus Glocks come with warranty, but, I know little about Glick warranties could be wrong there.
No warranty…but Glock fixes out of warranty guns for CHEAP.I would too but I added if they desire a full warranty this is how I would go. I am not sure but I doubt surplus Glocks come with warranty, but, I know little about Glick warranties could be wrong there.
It occurred to me after I posted that you were probably not referring to a .22.Yep; that’s what the Glock 22 (model 22, not a Glock 44 in .22) was…although I think the really cheap ones were Gen 2; AIM has Gen 3 for $319, and Gen 4 for $349 right now, iirc…
I agree my all time used CC was surplus, great firearm never a hiccupI’ll add—a nice thing about most surplus guns is that you know they’ve been used, and shot, and were reliable…otherwise they would’ve been returned to the manufacturer long ago.
Something to think about.
