Trigger always controls the rate of fire unlike the bump stock! Many things can aid in an increase rate of fire, but unless you have a safety and auto sear that works with full and burst, the trigger is STILL a 1 PULL per round (even binary requires a pull and release to fire unlike pull and multiple rounds go boom).
