CAA MCK Glock Chassis: Range Toy or Tactical Tool?

I have a couple of the Gen 1 MCKs for a G20 & G21, and they work great.

The only thing the author said originally was the brace was a stock, which he later got right because it isn't a stock.

Got the Gen 2 MCK for my Glock G19, right before all this hit. Looks and feels great, can't wait to shoot it.
Early on, I believe I saw some at a gun show that either didn't have a pistol brace, or it was before the ATF change their ruling on needing a tax stamp for it being considered a SBR. The guy selling them indicated I'd need the stamp if I inserted my Glock handgun into the kit, at which point I declined.
