The skaters oughta get some shovels and wheelbarrows, and re-dump it on the steps to City Hall.

If you're gonna build a skate park...why put up "no trespassing" signs in the first place??

Tell the greenies that the government "stole the beaches" in order to get all that sand. Picket lines will spring up INSTANTLY.

I on the other hand think skaters should scoop up all the sand, mix, and extend the skate park out some more! (y)

This is the whole idea.... get the cats off the walk and it makes more room for the 2-legged.
 
We don't have anything that fancy. Our skateboard park was "built" in an old basketball court that already had a high fence around it. Luckily they just locked it before they paid to move any sand in.

They do always seem to find new ways to waste money.
