California Bill Uses Insurance Companies to Set Up Backdoor Gun Registry

Since all these useless bills are paid for by the general public I would like to see these politicians that vote for such nonsense have to pay back all costs for court and defense attorney's out of their pockets when these bills are deemed unconstitutional, maybe some of these brain dead politicians would think twice if it costs them personally.

All these schemes are really outsourcing info gathering and registration because they know local law enforcement will balk at doing it and/or will not have the manpower and the $$ to do it. CA dreamin' is real and it's a mental illness. We lived there in the 90s and the so-called "assault weapons ban" had about a seven percent compliance rate to register your weapon. So, it's already a given that LE cannot and will not go door to door to do any of this crap. Pathetic.

That’s why I’m not too horribly worried about the bills they are trying to ram through in MN. I truly believe that most LE in a large part of the state (which is rural anyway) won’t have the manpower to push it.

what's next??

how many prono magazines and videos in the house?

how many books on the book shelf?

how many rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom?

how many kids come over to your house to play with your kids?

how many covid shots have you denied getting..??

Mr. Orwell did a fine job

I believe that the liberal ca politicians who pass these unconstitutional bills actually want businesses and residents to move out of the state. Then they can buy up the properties for pennies, fill the properties up with illegals who they think will vote for their idiotic laws.

That's what everybody thought when similar bills got passed in Colorado.

And almost every Sheriff in the state said that they didn't have the Manpower and they were not going to make it a priority. But now, there's five of them that do.

This country is moving to the Left. The pool that police recruits are drawn from is also moving to the Left.

Nobody may be enforcing those laws now but they're not going away and eventually they'll get the cops that will absolutely enforce him. They'll get the cops that will make them a priority.

And the idiocy is rapidly spreading through the country 😡
and that's the thing....many times state legislators from other states follow what CA does, and start up Bills.

as it is now, the EPA emission standards for CA are now in several other states. i know this cuz my last 4 cars had CA emissions equipment.

my state pro gun lobby has been monitoring what's going on in CA, cuz if all the gun bans fall there, they will fall here as well. like the infamous 10 round limit mag ban.

which is why, CA should fall into the ocean like so many scientists predict. thing is, it just ain't happening quick enough.
