I was fortunate to visit Sig Sauer in New Hampshire once again. Got to play with some of there new products. Also one a certificate for a new SIG firearm.

I would as well -- then drive around and see some of the old sights. Was stationed there for 5 years so imagine things have changed. For example, when it was Pease AFB, there was an aircraft park just inside the front gate. There was a B-29 that was disassembled at Aberdine proving grounds and trucked into the hangar I worked in. Just outside my office door was the "reassembly" area. Head dude said that we needed to reduce the aircraft weight. Went throughout with hacksaws and bolt cutters removing many pounds of wire harnesses and such. It sat on display with the nose are "The Great Artiste" -- which was the nose art for the back-up plane if "Bocks Car" crapped out.

Was Pease an F111 and KC 135 base when you were there?

I was at a B52 base (Blytheville /Eaker) and flew into Plattsburgh coming home from Desert Storm. Always liked watching the F111’s
