CA's Politicians' Insidious Plan to Ban Handguns

Good link SATRP. It's hard to fathom not only the laws these California lawmakers put on the books, but the citizenry that keeps allowing them to do it. I hope one day that California citizens (and those in similar restrictive States), get to realize the freedoms that other non restrictive States enjoy, especially where it concerns the 2A.

That is part of what's wrong with busy bodies-always have their big idea's stuck in every one else's lives'
I say they need to stop trying to fix all us firearm's heathen's and just leave us be.
I think they have a bunch of Antifa member's to go bother.

It's not that CA's politicians are busy bodies, it's that they have a diabolical, sinister ulterior motive/agenda: de facto nullification of Amendment II. The unknown question is why they fear Americans and Californians with guns. I have a theory that is all bad for We the People.

Looks like the new California firearm/ammunition Microstamping bill, sailed through their Senate and is about to be signed into law by the California Governor. Additionally included in the bill (taken from linked article): for every new gun added to the state’s roster of approved handguns, three firearms that do not meet the requirements for what the state calls a “safe” handgun must be removed by the Dept. of Justice.
This bill/law will do nothing to stop criminals and is difficult to impossible to enforce & regulate. It's only objective it appears, is reduce the approved California firearm list, and deprive legal citizens of their 2A rights.

What I can't get past is how politicians in CA never acknowledge their own hypocrisy, despite it being so well documented. When the first ballot attempt to legalize same-sex marriage failed to pass, CA politicians loudly exclaimed that fundamental rights cannot be subject to the outcome of a majority vote. Whenever they pass gun legislation, which by nature involves a fundamental right, they always claim that it is right thing to do, "because it is supported by the majority of the voters." They can't have it both ways, but the public never seems to call them out on it.

Bills have been and do come with "fine print". How many people actually read the fine print to a contract, warranty etc? Most just "sign here". All they need to do is get a couple of tv or radio ads out to the masses that tweak and twist the bills agenda from one side or the other that appeals to what the people want to hear. I find that, in general, most don't take the time to become "an educated voter".

The firearms manufacturers need to state they will no longer sell to any CA law enforcement agency.

The CA gov is spending hundreds of millions of $$ on Chinese covid PPE so they can by firearms from their ideological Chinese friends.

So it will impossible to reload as the micro-stamping will overlay the other micro-stamping .. or maybe reload is the way to go
