Chinese Consulate Closed in Houston

So, wait...China has already banned certain US officials from entering their country (not that they were planning to head there anyway). Now that we close one of their facilities on our soil, they're getting their panties in a bunch?

Bite me. We need them ALL out of the USA. Emigration (with appropriate vetting) is one thing, but having their officials here for....what purpose, exactly?...needs to stop. Like, yesterday.

Ditto, what ☝️☝️☝️ Said like yesterday.

I know countries Embassies are used to house spy masters and thus most have diplomatic immunity if caught (resulting in expulsion of the hosting country). I'm not sure if all country's consulates are protected by the same international laws as Embassies, but this was an appropriate response by the U.S. (in fact, as others have mentioned, we should continue this process). I've read other articles regarding the Chinese purchasing large tracts of land in the State of Texas (seems they are very interested in Texas). I'm not sure if we (U.S. Government), know what going on with that. Good post KillerFord, thanks.
