Colorado elk hunt

We had success.
Bull elk down on the side of a mountain. 2 hours processing the elk and another hour+ of pack out of all the game meat and such.
The Colorado Mtn altitude is kicking my butt. Hard work hiking for elk and getting your hard work from a mountain side to camp

Great scenery. Its gorgeous here.
6 man group, so many of our camp still need Bulls.

Actually have signal since I’m at 10,600.

I found elk hunting to be a real challenge up until the shot. After that it turned to very hard Work
