Colorado Magazine Ban Upheld by State Supreme Court

Specifically relating to this type of gun/magazine ban thats why this election is so important. Trump may not be the perfect President or politician. The one thing that he has more than kept his promise is filling the federal courts with Judges that will protect our rights. Fox News was reporting last week that every position that was empty has been filled.

I will start off with “my opinion”
As far as President Trump is concerned he has been a very good President however the good/bad part is he is not a politician, he is a very good business man and frankly what this country needed and continues to need. Politician (no) and I’m not saying that’s a bad thing.
The main part of the article mentioned is the “fight” between the federal level laws and state level laws which is a conundrum that will continue to affect our rights for a long time if not forever and who will have the deeper pockets to fight those differences.
Colorado banned magazines that hold more then 15 rounds,

Let’s face it, law enforcement has more important things to do then counting rounds in a mag.

If PART of "shall not be infringed" gets infringed...what part is next?

"you can have this type of gun, but not that type"

"you can have this type of ammunition, but not that type"

"you can have this much ammunition / that many guns...but no more"

...give 'em an inch...we need to close the door. NOW.
 
I’ll never forget that video where Obama roasted President Trump. It made him so very mad that Obama was getting around that Trump couldn’t be a president. It was a very short time Trump got in touch with the right people and studied and researched and did everything he could to learn politics, and it was only to prove and beat Obama after the embarrassment he had received. Trump does not put up with any crap. I like that. He speaks his mind. I like that. I don’t agree with every single thing he has done, and that’s ok. He is, in my opinion WAY better than the option we had. I hope he wins again.
 
Colorado can do any damn thing they want. It is a CO ban. When the good people of CO sue and take it to the Supreme Court on appeal, the Supreme Court will shove it up CO’s backside !!!
