$1500 seems a bit high priced though

I really like Colt’s, but, to me, it seems like they(Colt) likes to out price there products to where some can’t afford to buy them. You would think after all the financial issues they went through, Colt would have learned something.

Very nice gun. If I had one I would be afraid to shoot it, wouldn't want to mess up the finish.

Same thing I was thinking. Colt makes some of the best looking 1911 pistols ever, but I wouldn't want to mess up the pristine look of it...lol
