Colt's Model 1911: An American Classic

Nice post Talyn, I was going to read this from my Email CTD blog bunch of article, but like Anni, you guys post here before I can read them from my Email. :)
I have a Colt 1911 Born On Date 1918. It's seems to be a "Black Army" 1911 from the research I did on it. It cost me about $900 (after negotiating the price down since I was buying two new guns from the LGS). Probably not in the best of condition, but it's a keeper.
 
I'll slow down/stop posting stuff early in the day, and wait till later and see if the gang misses any.

Don't slow down on my account Talyn, I was only joking. I'm busy with other stuff, and by the time I get to read the backlog of articles in my Email that I think will be interesting, several weeks might have gone by before I'd consider it worthy to post. It's my opinion that the more content (even double posts) on here, the better. Keep on posting, my friend. (y) :sneaky:
