South Carolina states Attorney General, after a lot of prodding by citizens, has finally taken the Democrat Mayor to task.

Yup, municipalities can't go against the state or federal constitutions and that's what they did.
Just goes to show you that you can't let them weasel a way in.

I love how they say they want to fight "gun crimes"...but they continue to go against the law abiding citizens.

It's such a circular argument. We say the same things - guns aren't the problem, criminals are the problem. Law abiding citizens aren't the problem because we follow the law. Criminals - by DEFINITION - are the problem because they - BY DEFINITION - break the law and don't care about it. They say the same things - guns have to go away completely because they are evil and cannot be controlled nor harnessed because they are, in fact, evil incarnate.

Create another law to ban guns, and criminals will just break it...just like all the others (rape, murder, drugs, assault, etc). Stealing a gun is just a prelude for these folks.

But, in places like NY...now you don't even go to JAIL for second degree manslaughter. No bail. Wave on your way out, don't let the door hit ya. Oh, and *promise* you'll come back for trial...right? You'll be here? Sure, that's good enough for me.

They can't rule us till they can control us. They can't control us until they completely disarm us. Certain members of Government want to turn our nation into a socialist country. Not all but some do.
