Funny. I have probably 15 five gallon buckets of copper and brass out in the shed. 4 months ago I was getting over $4/lb for it. Right now it's about $2.50. I get it constantly at work and I stockpile it until the price is right or I need more shotgun shells.I don't watch copper prices, so I was surprised when I read this. If this is true it might be one of the reasons why ammo is hard to find, and expensive when you do find it. I wonder if the copper pennies I saved years ago might actually be worth 2 cents apiece?
That's what has me confused. If the world supply is low then why have scrap prices dropped?Funny. Clearly supplies aren't low. Or at least not as low as they were. That's what has me confused. If the world supply is low then why have scrap prices dropped?

Well, this story is predicated on the comments of one "Top" commodities trader.I guess it's more fake news!
Until aliens from another world reveal to us earthlings something new and improved I believe you are 100% correct. There is no "clean" energy. All energy production impacts something.
George Carlin said it best…Until aliens from another world reveal to us earthlings something new and improved I believe you are 100% correct.
