I read that not only are countries either refusing or sending back their ineffective Chinese PPE, but countries such as Italy sent China (at no cost), loads of PPE when China had originally had the outbreak. When the virus became virulent in Italy, China had the nerve to "charge" Italy for the same PPE that Italy had originality donated to them. That's pathetic.
