Raw data for "Unnatural evolutionary processes of SARS-CoV-2 variants and possibility of deliberate natural selection"

Tanaka, Atsushi; Miyazawa, Takayuki

"Over the past three years, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has repeatedly caused pandemics, generating various mutated variants ranging from Alpha to Omicron. In this study, we aimed to clarify the evolutionary processes leading to the formation of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variants, focusing on Omicron variants with many amino acid mutations in the spike protein among SARS-CoV-2 isolates. To determine the order of mutations leading to the formation of the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variants, we compared the sequences of 129 Omicron BA.1-related, 141 BA.1.1-related, and 122 BA.2-related isolates, and attempted to clarify the evolutionary processes of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variants, including the order of mutations leading to their formation and the occurrence of homologous recombination. As a result, we concluded that the formation of a part of Omicron isolates BA.1, BA.1.1, and BA.2 was not the product of genome evolution, as is commonly observed in nature, such as the accumulation of mutations and homologous recombinations. Furthermore, the study of 35 recombinant isolates of Omicron variants BA.1 and BA.2 confirmed that Omicron variants were already present in 2020. The analysis showed that Omicron variants were formed by an entirely new mechanism that cannot be explained by previous biology, and knowing how the SARS-CoV-2 variants were formed prompts a reconsideration of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic"

read the data on the website..yes covid was released and so were other variants ...?????

I will have to look at this at work. I’ve not heard of this journal before.
me either
what i found worthy is they say the same thing other groups have been saying about covid and it was released on purpose with several variants
remember bill gates, fauicci and others had a big conference month before this crap and the drill was same same
gates wants people to die as we are over populated...just not his family of course

I've seen several stories on the news lately saying Covid is making a comeback.
I have fairly mild COPD, but back during the peak, my doctor told me straight up that if I caught Covid, it would likely kill me. Dammit! I don't wanna go back to masks, social distancing and generally hiding from the world. 🤬

Covid weakens the person making them more vulnerable/susceptible to existing comorbidities' and/or pneumonia.

Since you have COPD & don't have the pneumonia vaccines you might want to discuss things with your Dr.

I got my pneumonia vaccines (Prevnar 13 and 20) to reduce the risk. I also get the flu shot each year.

I had Covid in March 2020 & it was like a really bad case of the flu for 4 days before I fought it off. I was OK for over a year until I got the Covid shots (Pfizer) in April 2021.

I may get the GSK RSV shot also.

I figure I got natural immunity in March 2020 then questionable extra in April 2021.

Why would you go back to masks ? Read the Cochran study, which is actually an amalgamation of several major studies. Masks, even surgical masks and N-95s DO NOT WORK. Which I could have told you and in fact DID tell you right here on this forum 2+ years ago.

Wearing a mask on your face, whether you have co-morbidities or not, is tantamount to wearing a t-shirt that says “ I’m an idiot”.

Both my parents ( over 80 years old) had Covid in the beginning. Mom has emphysema and my dad is a neck breather with carotid artery blockages. They survived. My friend’s 34 year old wife was in perfect health and she didn’t.
My wife’s friend Mo had it 4 times. The last 3 times she was immensely
“ vaccinated”. She was also a habitual mask wearer. The left liked to croon
“ follow the science” during the scamdemic. Now that the science proves that Fauci and that other woman were wrong and knew they were wrong and presided over the biggest public health debacle in history, they no longer seem to be interested in following the science.

Personally, no masks or boosters for us, it’s just a political thing going on right now with the elections coming up, just like the flu, there is always an uptake during the fall season, scare tactic since there is a new vaccine coming out for you to get

Obviously,on this forum, like pretty much every forum, there's a wide variation of opinions about vaccines, masks and everything else associated with Covid. Rather than get into the same old arguments and everybody getting pissed off at each other, let's just agree to disagree and do our own thing.
As for me, I trust my doctor and listen to him. You do what you think is right. ;)

Yep, agree, I trust my doctor to an extent, but not on this subject, but that’s just me. My post from Fox News was just a link I came across while reading the news, nothing more, I wasn’t looking for anything on this subject, I just know we are not taking the booster.

Considering how the medical industry has changed over the past few years based on govt influencers and protections granted to BIG pharma for "rush-job" shots, its best to be as informed as possible.

The traditional premise in the medical profession is to..."Do No Harm". As in many aspects of society, there are those Drs that have disagreed with how these Covid years have gone, and are being proven correct.

one moment masks are good, then masks are not needed, then back again. Many medical personnel were on the front line and then were forced to resign/or were fired when they didn't like what was going on and refused the shots.

Some Drs. work for a corporate entity push the company line, while others are independent critical thinkers. My former Dr left the corporate world to go independent because he was a critical thinker. Now I have a PA (not a real Dr. who pushes the company line).

I think its prudent for folks to become as educated on the pros & cons of what's being pushed by those interested in making huge profits while the general population is used as Beta-testers (aka Guinea pigs) for shots with little or no long-term human testing.

There are other preventive measures & well-known/approved meds/treatments to deal with the Covid/other panic-craze emergency of the month.

I am by no means an anti-vaxxer. But with that out of the way....

I don't really understand how we can still call the Covid shot an actual "vaccine" at this point?

First, we were told it would keep you from contracting Covid. Then that turned out to be undeniably false, and the data now shows that if it reduces contagion at all, it's by a tiny percent.

Then, when that was no longer a viable justification, they switched the narrative to, "You should get the shot so you don't infect other people." Data no shows that it really did nothing to reduce transmission.

Then, once it was obvious that both reasons above were flimsy at best, the narrative switched again, to "If you get the shot it will reduce your symptoms." A sufficiently vague, subjective statement that continued to be the official reason ever since. How would I possibly know if my symptoms would have been worse otherwise?

So it doesn't really reduce contagion or transmission, and may or may not reduce ones' symptoms, and this still qualifies as the definition of a "vaccine?"

I don't really want to get Covid. I know lots of people who have had it, and it generally doesn't seem fun. If there was truly a vaccine that honestly prevented me from getting it, I would probably do it. But I have zero faith at this point.

Btw, I would highly recommend this interview for anyone who hasn't listened to it. Keep in mind that this podcast series is produced by the Hoover Institution of Stanford University, and that Dr. Bhattacharya is a well-respected epidemiologist who has been teaching at Stanford for decades. He was one of the co-authors of the Great Barrington Declaration, the other two co-authors being epidemiologists at Harvard and Oxford (the GBD has now been signed by close to a million doctors, researchers and scientists worldwide). These are clearly not "fringe, tin foil hat" people. Dr. Bhattacharya's experience should be concerning to anyone who believes in scientific rigor and the democratic exchange of ideas and research.
