Many people buy a firearm and don't know how to use it or how to maintain and disassemble. Unlike those who have been handling firearms for a decade or more before the government thinks they're old enough. Knowing who is foe or friend while a "gun fight " is happening can cause 1 to get shot by the possibility wrong person even if they firearm was never pointed at them! How many hours in a class should that be! More likely than the low amount covered in a cc class!
