For the carbine length pcc I do and have preferred the heavier bullets per caliber. That extra velocity at 100 yards rocks a torso sized ar500 plate of 1/2".

So I won’t argue about the the article’s findings I do have a question?
When I owned a SA Victor pistol AR in 300BO I had consistent issues with cycling heavier “sub Sonic” loads so how can this be referred to as the best round???

I think it logically goes without saying that it’s always necessary to vet any ammunition for reliable function in your individual weapon.
