Do certain gun articles annoy you?

I have two that annoy me, derringers for self defense and Fitz Special articles. Derringers were cool for the river gambler in the day, but I have a hard time with someone advocating one today. The triggers are terrible and with only two shots, any number of weapons are better suited. The Fitz may have been a neat gun in the day, but I can't stand the half-trigger guard idea coming up every year or so. What are your beefs?

Guess I'll stir things up a little.
#1 Any article (or advertisement) for 'red-dots' or lasers. I don't have them and I don't need them.
#2 Any article (or advertisement) for 4K hunting shotguns or rifles. I don't hunt and I don't need them.

Maybe you need to go to a range and rent a Glock and spend some quality time with it! Who knows you just might fall in love with it.

I'm sometimes annoyed by articles written by authors who are paid a salary by the company that builds the firearm(s) that the author is reviewing. When there are no complaints at all, the aroma of ling-cod is in the air.

Have always been a Glock fan, still am, but a few members here got me into the Signess…..won’t mention there names…..but they know who they are, so I will say, Sig is right up there with me with my Glocks…..I can like both….
