First thing to think about is that ANYONE that believes he can just pass a law like that has a severe case of schizophrenia meaning what THEY BELIEVE is holy and all those around them are lesser beings.
Second; something that’s NEVER going to happen is if they can PROVE TO EVERYONE that criminals have no guns then maybe, nope still not going to happen. We all know the phrase......

I'm pretty sure you're correct. Americans will not be turning over their weapons. Hell, most Australians didn't turn over their weapons. New Zealanders didn't either.
