Don't know if this will fly

Sounds like folks will need a license to carry concealed or open. Letting localities decide on having a gun in a vehicle will create a patchwork of conflicting ordinances.

It sounds like they may be willing to repeal constitutional carry for right to open carry, and trying to
"sweeten the pot" for the anti-gunners to allow open and concealed carry with a license, thus eliminating Constitutional Carry. I got an email from the Florida Gun Rights Group stating their support for this Bill, which I promptly went to the Florida Senate and pulled up the Bill.
