The Twilight Zone really did make you think. Like most truly revolutionary artistic endeavors, the show was the product of a singularly creative mind. Rod Serling was a remarkable man indeed.

Excellent show! Serling was a genius. I never realized how troubled his personal life was.
I still watch it now and then. SyFy channel often runs marathons on holidays.

I've recently been able to record more than 150 episodes of the show. Unfortunately I keep replaying only about 4-5 of my all time favorites. jj

I'm a big fan of Perry Mason and have also watched most of the Twilight Zone episodes. Interesting thing is that there seemed to be a lot of crossover of actors and music scores. Both were CBS properties and that may have had something to do with it. When I think about it, there were only three networks then, abc being the youngest, so you would see the same actors rotate from show to show. Very limited job opportunities compared to today. But to me, it was real obvious between Perry Mason and the Twilight Zone. If I remember correctly, there was a Perry Mason episode where Mason advised his client who was a scriptwriter, that Mason had arrnged for him to submit a script to Serling. A little cross marketing there.
