uh, the wife and i have a bowl of oatmeal every morning from early fall to late spring..

i don't believe i saw anything relating to oatmeal in that story.....

like who likes what, or 1 packet or 2, or with just boiling water, or added sugar, or milk. raisins, apples, dates, etc,etc.

we like our oatmeal from the packets as they are no other added items.

we find oatmeal at its best in fresh home made cookies
my wife has a recipe that cuts out nearly all the sugar
she uses apple sauce and barely any brown sugar, they stay chewy for about 4 days, by then they are gone gone gone
