Edit feature missing

Yes, I'm logged-in, and it's not available.

Note: It's available now for this post, but not for a previous post I made at 2:31pm today. Wanted to replace a photo of a knife.
Scott, I could be wrong about this, but after the recent forum changes, I thought I read the Edit function would only be available to the poster for a set amount of time (5 minutes?), after which it disappears.

Well, so much for what I wanted to do. 🤔 . I guess I'll have to be sure that what I post in the future is absolutely 100% the way I want it the first time, just in case I get sidetracked after posting it.

It's actually about 30 minutes (not five), until the edit function disappears (at least for my previous post here). Not sure why they did that, I used it on posts that were days old, if I found a misspelled word that I missed when originally posting. Looks like I'll have to do that in less than 30 minutes here on out.

Yep, same here, fixing typos, grammatical errors, changing pics, etc., etc.

Note: yep, 30 minutes as you stated. Watched my previous post, and when it reached 30 minutes the edit feature disappeared.
