ETS loader

Anyone have any advice on using the ETS speed loader on the Springfield mags? I’m successful only about 2 times out of 10 of being able to “plunge” all the ammo. I’ve tried lubing the rails and the bottom plate as ETS recommended. What am I missing, or do the Springfield mags just not pair well with the ETS?

I do use an Uplula, but the idea of being able to load quickly with the ETS was appealing, especially with the 22 round capacity on the Elite mags.

I bought the ETS loader a while back and I've had zero luck getting it to work on anything other then Glock mags and even that's tricky. Maybe I'm not using it right or maybe it's just a piece of crap I'm not sure.

I use an Uplula, and find it sufficient enough for my needs. I'm ret'd, not in a hurry for anything, don't compete, and basically like the methodical, one-at-a-time, loading of a magazine. OCD? Could be , but it works for me.

I watched a video on that ETS loader, and decided I didn't need one.
