Mrs Greener's first name is Karen, but she is not a "Karen". But our WAG children as a joke got her a Karen doll, complete with cell phone. When dealing with difficult bureaucrats and others, pull out your Karen. The funniest thing is to hear my grandkids play acting with the Karen doll. Most often it is "I'm calling my lawyer!" Get one, take it in to your LGS for price negotiations. It's like Lawyer Daggett in True Grit. "She pulls him like a pistol"
