Rob Leatham joins Gun Talk's Ryan Gresham to continue talking shooting, shooting competitions from the 90s, heckling your fellow competitors, PRS match guns, and more.
This is a long video at 47 minutes, but I found the discussions humorous, informative, and extremely interesting. I watched the Part I interview the other day, but can't seem to find it, but it was interesting as well. This is well worth viewing, if you have the time.

I'll fly off the handle here; will view the video when I have time...........But

"heckling your competitor"??

This is now common in most sports. Pro's do it for the $$ edge in winning. Amateurs do it for the pride of winning and cuz they see the pro's do it. And there may be a (pressure/focus) benefit to it in self defense training.

But it is something I will never do. Good sportsmanship is still an honorable thing (to a very few) and better ways to simulate handling pressure/distractions/mental focus. Just me.

When you watch the video, Rob will explain the heckling is mostly done with his team members. If the other teams are really serious about the match, they act in a professional manner, as they would never want it to affect the outcome of a match. It was more of a way that him and his teammates had fun within the team when they knew there were other teams there that shot that type of match better than they could. I don’t do Rob justice with my explanation, his is much better and that topic is described fairly early on in the interview.
