I find myself doing that a lot lately, or checking for firearm mistakes. Like when they show a 1911 hammer down in the ready or after just being fired I used to never notice now it’s hard to miss.

I can always identify the shell casings from my P7’s at the range…;)

And, once upon a time, you could easily identify Glock cases from the rectangular firing pin indentation (and slightly bulged cases in .40).

But I agree, it’s pretty bogus.

You’d think the producers would do a cursory Google search before writing ridiculous lines like that.
