On January 30th, the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled unanimously that the federal ban on the sale of firearms to adults 18, 19 and 20 years old is unconstitutional. Because the Fifth Circuit reversed a lower court’s ruling and remanded the decision back to the lower court, the decision is not yet final.
