Finally bought a loaded stainless 1911

This ones been on my bucket list for years, finally found a new one online and jumped on it. I do have one question-pictures I've seen have Loaded engraved on the slide, this one has Model 1911-A1 CAL 45. Serial matches box which says it's a loaded model. It is CA compliant, is it possible that it cant have loaded on the slide because that would make it an assault 1911?

Love it regardless, cant wait to take it out and break it in.

Springfield family:
M1, M1A, 1911 Loaded, 1911 Range Officer, Hellion, Hellcat RDP, Hellcat Pro and 9MM Saint being delivered today!!!!

I thought they had discontinued the Loaded series? I have a stainless one but it's 11 years old.
They still have them on the web site but it took me a long time to find one NIB. I don't know how old it is but cant be more than a couple of years (if that). I was determined to get either a loaded or TRP in stainless and this is the first of either I've seen new in a long time.....

Post a pic if you can, also there is a show your 1911 thread, you can post one there also

I'll post a pic of all of them to the 1911 forum, have to bust open the safe and get them ;-)

Yep, mine looks just like that except I replaced the guide rod with a GI size rod and recoil spring and did away with the ILS and flat msh for an arched one. It should give you many years of service.
Yep, guide rod is first on my list (well besides taking it to the range.....). I probaly wont do much else with it besides the occasional range day, I've gotten spoiled by my Hellcat Pro, not sure if I want to carry the extra weight around ;-)
