I wish Springfield Armory would come out with a carbine conversion kit for the full size 4.5 & 5.25 XDM Pistols 9mm,.40, .45 ACP, 10 mm like the Micro-RONI Pistol Carbine Conversion kit or Micro -RONI make a compatible conversion for Springfield Armory XDM Pistols http://www.micro-roni.com/ I think Springfield Armory could market and sell a conversion like this and sales would be only be increased for XDM Pistols and a conversion kit would sell out quickly.
