FYI….. something may going on with this company, I recently renewed my subscriptions to Guns and to American Handgunner magazines, back in October of this year, $30.00 for a 2 year renewal to each magazine. As of today, Guns have never cashed my check, American Handgunner did on Dec 1, but never extended my subscription. Been trying to get ahold of there customer service now for way over 2 weeks, nobody answers the phone, there phone inbox is full, never answered any of my emails over the past couple weeks. Fear I may have lost my money, thinking they may out of business now……was still getting my magazines, but this may be due to who prints them…..🤔🤔🤔🤔
 
i just checked at Linkedin, and no mention of closure.

the BBB website only says that they are not a member.

a quick search comes up empty of any issues.

that uncashed check, do you know if it was actually delivered, or lost in the mail?

Not sure, but they should have gotten it, in the past it usually took about 4 weeks for them to cash and update your account, something is not right, there phone inbox is full, and I have sent several emails including a image of my check they cashed, I emailed the editor awhile ago, will see what happens, if not I am out $60.00 for both magazines which were 2 year renewals.

could be any one of things going on..

they got a "ransomware" to deal with

they got a virus/malware/hacking problem

sny of the above affects the customers files, for names, addresses, credit card numbers, bank account numbers......

i'll keep checking/searching, cuz now i am nosey that way.

well i certainly do hope i am "da man" cuz if anything is missing "down there", i got some splainin' to do to the kids....and thier mother..... :eek: :eek: :eek:

hopefully he (or they) can respond to any Twitter (or X) posts regarding the magazines.

this is the editor of Guns, but he ain't posted in like 2 years on LinkedIn

Well @Old_Me got an email finally back few minutes ago concerning my subscriptions, Guns has been renewed, Handgunner said they didn't show any payment even though they cashed my check on 12/1, so they wanted a pic of my canceled check, which I did send that last night, they replied and said they are renewing it also, so I will wait and see, I kept both emails for future replies and such, many thanks @Old_Me for looking into what you did, I appreciate it.

i can't help it...i watched too much Columbo, Quincy, Dragnet, Adam 12, Ironside, and the 3 Stooges, to let all that edumacashun go to waste....
